This policy applies to all refund eligible Services. In addition, there may be special term(s) that apply to a specific product and/or service and those are outlined below.
All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars: you, the customer, bear sole responsibility for any fluctuations in the exchange rate(s) between the time of payment and the time of refund.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Plan subscriptions may be refundable, at the sole discretion of Pidgeonet, if you, the subscriber, request the cancellation of a subscription for a valid reason and the cancellation is processed within 3 days (72 hours).
You agree to reimburse Pidgeonet for the actual substantiated out-of-pocket expenses of its Services.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
